		<description>Thanks for picking up my post on Steve Greenhut's column.  For the record, I am a proponent of smart growth AND the free market.  To the extent the market accepts smart growth, all the better because much of the philosophy of smart growth is sound.  But if government tilts the playing field in favor of smart growth and deprives homebuyers of suburban or rural choice in the process, I draw the line.  Make smart growth truly smart, and the people will come.  Fail, and let the people go elsewhere.</description>
